Mandy Smallwood earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2021. Her educational background equipped her with a solid foundation to help others overcome challenges and find fulfillment in their lives.
Currently, Mandy is a Resident in Counseling, actively accruing hours toward licensure under the expert supervision of Colette Brooks, LPC. Mandy approaches her work with warmth, empathy, and non-judgment, providing a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
With a special focus on adults navigating life changes, Mandy understands that transitions can be overwhelming and may lead to feelings of anxiety, stress, and uncertainty. She believes in the innate resilience and strengths of her clients and works collaboratively with them to develop effective coping strategies and promote personal growth.
